Terms & Conditions, Important Notices

Having dealt in quality antiques for over 50 years, we have the experience to guarantee all items as fully described.  This includes any physical damage such as wear, cracks and chips.  While every effort has been made to reproduce and describe the colour of each item as accurately as possible, slight variations can occur.  Please email us with ANY queries you may have PRIOR to placing your order.  

In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a damaged or incorrect item, we cannot refund the goods, however can offer a credit note, valid for 12 months from the date of return. 

All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item are to be paid by the customer.  In addition, all items returned to us for exchange must be intact and in the received condition, unused, unmarked and resaleable. 

To discuss any return, please contact us by email or post and state the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.  Should the item arrive damaged please contact us within 5 business days with a photo of the damaged goods along with its packaging.  Original shipping charges, import duties or taxes are non-refundable.  Please note that custom orders cannot be returned, replaced or refunded. 

When sending returned items to us, we advise you use registered post or direct courier as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in an inability to process your application for refund.  In considering any application for refund or credit note, we reserve the right to inspect returned items upon receipt. 

 

Methods of Payment

Upon prior mutual agreement we may accept any of the following:

Direct credit to our bank account in the Australian Dollar amount

Credit Card payments by phone or submitted via our secure page, in the Australian Dollar Amount

Shipping

We ship worldwide.  Shipping charges and delivery time will be confirmed at time of purchase.  After many years of experience, great care is taken in packing and shipping fragile items.  Double boxing, bubble wrap and other secure materials are employed with all packing done in house.  We ship via Australia Post.  Other reputable couriers can be used if required.  Shipping times vary but average up to 14 days.

 

Privacy

All of the information you provide will be used to process your order only.  We do not disclose this information to any third party.  Although we encourage all of our customers to agree to remain on our database in order to be notified of new acquisitions, you can be removed from this service at any time by simply typing 'remove from database' on the subject line of a reply e-mail.  We are strongly opposed to all forms of spamming and we do not trade any personal information.
